1    Acceptance of Minutes

Motion made by Rosemary Scully and seconded by Jim Dillon.  It was voted to approve the minutes from January 28, 2013.

2    Real Estate Abatements Applications

Mary-Ellen Rogers of 968 Salisbury St in Holden, met with the board to discuss the value of her vacant land on Fisher Road.   2:30pm

James P Alicata of 81 Sterling Road in Jefferson, met with the board to discuss the value of his vacant land on Sterling Road

The Board of Assessors reviewed real estate abatement applications. Abatements were granted to the following properties:

      3.    Supplemental Real Estate Tax Bills
Eleven Supplemental Real Estate tax bills on new construction completed between July 2012 and the first week in January 2013 were mailed to property owners today, March 11, 2013, and payment is due on April 10, 2013.
        
      4.    Next Meeting Date
The Board of Assessors will meet next on April 22, 2013 at 3 pm
