Members Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Karl Makela, Joe Dolak, John Lambert, Chris Lucchesi, Don Graves, Marilynn Foley

Also Present: Town Manager Peter Lukes, Asst. Town Manager Stephanie Bacon, Fire Chief Russ Hall, Treasurer Sharon Lowder, Accountant Lori Rose, Town Clerk Dale Hickey, Assessor Rose Scully, Selectmen Anthony Renzoni, Gerry Herlihy

The meeting was called to order at 7:02.

Peter reviewed the Manager Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Peter reviewed the IT Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Sharon reviewed the Treasure/Collector Budget, the Retirement Budget, the Insurance Budet and the Debt Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Rose reviewed the Assessor’s Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Dale reviewed the Town  Clerk Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Peter reviewed the Legal Budget and answered questions from the Committee.

Russ reviewed the Fire Department, EMS, Emergency Management and Public Safety Building Budgets and answered questions from the Committee. He explained the structure of the command staff, the EM Coordinator position and stipends.  Russ is also working on a 10 year staffing plan in conjunction with the growth of the town.

Paul will be writing articles for the Landmark reporting on the work of the Finance Committee.

The meeting adjourned at 9:15.
