Minutes Holden Finance Committee, January 24, 2018, HMLD

Members Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Joe Dolak, Karl Makela, Chris Lucchesi, Don Graves, Marilynn Foley

Member Absent: John Lambert

Also Present: Town Manager Peter Lukes, Asst. Town Manager Stephanie Bacon, Steve Gross IT Dept.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00.

Steve instructed the Committee on the use of the tablet that will be used during budget deliberations.

The F/Y 19 Budget will be loaded onto the tablet. Any updates will also be put on the tablet.

The Committee discussed the Resource Profile and the Budget. The Committee would look more closely at items that exceed the proposed budget target of 3%. The Committee also discussed the WRSD assessment which the Committee would also like to come in at 3%.

Paul will write articles from time to time for the Landmark about the work of the Finance Committee. The meeting adjourned at 8:45.
