                             Minutes Holden Finance Committee, March 14, 2018, HMLD

Members Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger, Al  Berg, Joe Dolak, Karl Makela, Chris Lucchesi, Don Graves, Marilynn Foley

Member Absent: John lambert

Also Present: Town Manager Peter Lukes, Stephanie Bacon Asst. Town Manager, DPW Director John Woodsmall, Selectman Anthony Renzoni

The meeting was called to order at 7:03.

John reviewed the DPW Budgets: Administration, Engineering, Highway Division, Mechanics Division, Buildings and Grounds and Garage Division and answered questions from the Committee.

John reviewed the W/S Enterprise Fund Budget and answered questions from the Committee.  There was discussion about the law suit against the City of Worcester.

The meeting adjourned at 9:15.
