Minutes Holden Finance Committee, May 15, 2017, WRHS Annual Town Meeting
Members Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Joe Dolak, Karl Makela, John Lambert, Bill Randell, Chris Lucchesi, Marilynn Foley
Also Present: Town Manager Peter Lukes and Selectman Anthony Renzoni, @6:35, Ken Mills, WRSDC@ 6:15
The meeting was called to order at 6:07.
The Committee discussed warrant Article 34. A motion by Chris 2nd by Al not to support Article 34 was voted unanimously.
The committee discussed the WRSD Assessment for Holden. A motion by Dave 2nd by Karl to reconsider the previous vote on the on the WRSD Assessment was defeated 7-2 (opposed Bill, Chris). A motion by Al 2nd by Paul to support $26,000,000.00 for the WRSD Assessment was voted unanimously.
The committee discussed Article 26. A motion by Paul 2nd by John to recommend approval of this Article was voted unanimously.
At 6:45 the Committee recessed to attend the Annual Town meeting. The Town Meeting adjourned at 10:15.
