Minutes Holden Finance Committee, November 27, 2017, WRHS Special Town Meeting
Member Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Joe Dolak, Karl Makela, John Lambert, Chris Lucchesi, Don Graves, Marilynn Foley
Also Present: Steve Madaus, Town Counsel
The meeting was called to order at 6:35.
The Committee welcomed new member Don Graves.
Paul will present the motion on the IIF as both a member of the IIF Board and Finance Committee to transfer $1,347,645.00 from the IIF for demolition and site preparation of 18 Industrial Drive.
Dave will present the motion to transfer $350,000.00 from the Stabilization Fund for demolition and site preparation of 18 Industrial Drive.
Steve answered questions about the use if IIF funds.
A motion by Chris 2nd by John to fully fund the feasibility study of 18 Industrial Drive was voted unanimously,
A motion by Al 2nd by Paul to elect Marilynn Foley, Clerk was voted unanimously. The Committee recessed to attend the 7:00 Special Town Meeting.
The Special Town Meeting adjourned at 7:29.
