Holden Cultural Council Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mary Copeland at 6:30pm at the Meeting Room at the Gale Free Library.

All current members were present:  Simon Gregory, Nancy Rocheleau, Kathleen Welsh, and Jane Becker.

The purpose of this meeting was for reallocation of funding from our prior meeting on 11/10/15.   A mathematical error was discovered, and we needed to correct it.   Previously, we voted that the  balance of the money voted on at the 11/10/15 meeting was to go to the 250th Bandstand Committee/Marilyn Foley grant.  The amount will be $1525, not $1815.

The motion was made by Simon Gregory, seconded by Nancy Rocheleau.  The vote was unanimous. 

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Jane Becker, seconded by Kathleen Welsch.  The vote was unanimous.  Meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
