General Government

Members Present: Dave White, Paul Challenger. Joe Dolak, Karl Makela, John Lambert, Don Graves, Marilynn Foley

Members Absent: Al Berg. Chris Lucchesi

Also Present: Town Manager Peter Lukes, Asst. Town Manager Stephanie Bacon, Town Accountant Lori Rose, Town Treasurer Sharon Lowder, Town Clerk Dale Hickey, Town Planner Pam Harding, Town Assessor Rose Scully, Information Technology Doug Nelson, Selectmen: Geri Herlihy, Kyle Gibbs

The meeting was called to order at 7:02 P.M.

Peter passed out information from Chief Armstrong concerning HPD staffing for the next few years. 

The Committee heard presentations on the General Government Budgets: Moderator, Finance Committee, Selectman, Accounting, Treasurer/Collector, Assessors, Legal, Town Clerk, Debt, Insurance, Retirement, Planning and Development, Sealer Weights and Measurments and Solid Waste.

The Department Heads answered questions from the Committee.

A motion by Paul 2nd by Joe to accept the minutes of September 12, 2018 were voted unanimously.

A motion by Paul 2nd by John to accept the minutes of December 3, 2018 were voted unanimously with the addition of town meeting conclusion.

A motion by Paul 2nd by John to accept the minutes of February 13, 2019 were voted unanimously as amended ( abstained Don).

A motion by Paul 2nd by John to accept the minutes of February 20, 2019 were voted unanimously (abstained Joe).

The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
