Pies have been part of New England cuisine as long as there have been New Englanders.
Sweet or savory, with top crust or without, they are truly one of our favorite foods.
In this talk we’ll learn some of the history of pie and how it has changed over the centuries,
with maybe just a bit of why it is so beloved!
