Payment process during period of Town Office closure:

Payments: All payments should be made online, by mail or by dropping off in the drop boxes located at the entrance to HMLD or at the rear entrance of the Starbard building.

If a receipt is desired, please include an email address with your payment. A receipt will be emailed to you. Payment confirmation can also be made by phone.

Cash Payments: We will accept cash payments in the drop box at the HMLD drop box only.  As with check payments, if a receipt is desired, please include an email address with your payment.  Payment confirmation can also be made by phone.

Final Payment:  Final payments will be completed, as requested. However, payment will need to be made online or dropped in the drop box at the HMLD drop box only.  When payment is confirmed, the Release of Lien letter will be faxed or emailed as directed by the customer.

Community Room: All public access to the Community Room has been cancelled until further notice.
