Agricultural Commission, Property Prioritization Sub-Committee Minutes, October 16, 2018

Attendance:        Jim Dunn, Chris Hugo, Tom O’Shea

Absent:                                None

Others Present:                    None    

The meeting was called to order @7:05 PM

On a motion by Jim, seconded by Tom, the minutes of the Sub-Committee’s September 18, 2018 meeting were approved unanimously.

The group reviewed two Chapter 61A parcels in considerable detail and discussed how best to interpret the evaluation rating schedule.  A few suggestions for clarity in the schedule were proposed and will be incorporated.

The group will revise their past evaluations, based on new interpretations, and accomplish additional evaluations before the next meeting for discussion.

The meeting was recessed at 7:30 PM to join the regular Ag Comm meeting.
