Members Present: Rosemary Scully and James Dillon
1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the December 9, 2019 meeting.
2. Real Estate/Personal Property Abatement Applications: Executive Session
Rose has been conducting inspections and will schedule the remaining property visits with plans to review them at the March 2nd meeting.
Entered executive session to review and make decisions on abatements.
Decisions were reached on three (3) real estate properties reviewed today. Letters and/or certificates will be prepared and mailed to the property owners.
3. Old and New Business:
Acceptance of application by Mass Audubon for exempt status: Map144/2
Fiscal Year 20 Tax Billing:
Total including Real Estate, Personal Property, Betterments, Liens, DCR, City of Worcester and Holden Housing Authority - $43,955,848.92
Personal Property Forms of List – mailed December 31, 2019
Charitable 3 ABC applications – mailed December 31, 2019
Web update completed by end of December reflecting fiscal year 20 values.
Warren Extract: completed and emailed to the Warren Group on December 18
Local Officials Directory – updated on Gateway, January 16, 2020
4. Training:
Rose will attend the MAAO winter meeting on February 12, 2020
Amy is taking Course 101 on Gateway, to be completed by July 1, 2020
Meeting adjourned 9:40am. Scheduled next meeting for March 2nd, 2020, 9am.
