            1.  Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the October 5, 2020 meeting.

            2. Fiscal Year 2021:

                                Classification Hearing: November 2, 2020, at 6:45pm in the Town Hall.

                                 Board of Assessors vote to recommend a Residential Factor of 1.                        

             3. Miscellaneous:

                                 Motor Vehicle Excise Commitment: #5, 760 bills, $108,700.57

                                 Personal Exemptions received by November 15th to be included on tax bills.

                                 Light department liens: Rob and Amy worked to prepare for tax bills.

              4. Cyclical Inspections:

                                Scott is finishing up areas where postcards were sent for inspections.

                                He will resume cyclical inspections of residential properties in the spring.

                5. Budget:

                               Town department budgets are being prepared for Fiscal Year 2022.
