1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the March 2, 2020 meeting.
2. Fiscal Year 2021:
Vision: June 10, 2020: Begin market analysis with Mike Tarello.
July 7, 2020: Adjust rates based on analysis, begin entering updates to properties
Scheduled to complete on September 15th and submit on gateway
RRC:Field review completed May and June, data entry after preliminary tax bills sent
Preliminary Tax Bills: issued for Real Estate and Personal Property on June 30th.
3. Old and New Business:
Motor Vehicle Excise: 2020 – 3rd commitment issued June 16th
379 bills - $59,405.53
2020 – 4th commitment, August 18th
690 bills: $126,294.01
Cyclical Inspections: Scott has been confirming exterior data. Interior data confirmed verbally at door or by phone
Supplemental Real Estate Tax – Fy20-2, preparing for September issue
Chapter Land: 540 South Road, 10 year Forestry plan renewal, approved
4. Training:
Conferences and workshops have been held on-line due to Covid-19
Cybersecurity training: all town employees with email, continuing
Meeting adjourned 9:30am. Scheduled next meeting for September 28, 2020, 9am.
