MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS
8:00 AM STARBARD BUILDING
Members Present: Rosemary Scully and James Dillon
1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the December 3, 2018 meeting.
2. Real Estate/Personal Property Abatement Applications:
Rose has been conducting inspections and will schedule the remaining property visits with plans to review them at the March 11th meeting.
Property owner reviewed abatement: 21 Moscow Road (53/17), 8:10am
Property owner reviewed abatement: Princeton Street (36/1-3), 8:30am
Entered executive session to review and make decisions on abatements.
Decisions were reached on the twenty-two (22) real estate properties reviewed today, and two (2) personal property accounts. Letters and/or certificates will be prepared and mailed to the property owners.
3. Personnel:
Janice Cross retired on December 27th.
The position is being revised and posted.
4. Vision 8 update
The conversion to the Vision 8 software is scheduled for March 18th. Server
updates are underway to accommodate the new software.
