Members Present: Rosemary Scully, James Dillon, Robert Fitzgerald
1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the March 19, 2018 meeting.
2. Fiscal Year 2019 Values:
Mike Tarello was here to begin sales analysis on April 24th. Sandra Schmucki is scheduled to come in June to enter I&E data. RRC: will be doing field reviews and inspections mid-June
8:25 am: Jim made a motion to go into Executive Session, Bob seconded to discuss Two chapter 61A properties and three abatement applications
3. Princeton Street: Map 36 Parcel 1.3:
Board voted to accept the application by S. Sophie to remove her property from Chapter 61A and sell for residential use. 69 Summit Street: application to change from 61B to 61A. Schedule site visit.
4. Appellate Tax Board:
Three cases were discussed. Vacant land. No scheduled dates for hearings.
5. Supplemental Real Estate Tax Bills
Supplemental Real Estate tax bills were issued on March 27th.
6. Part time Assessor Clerk/Data Collector Position:
Kim Koontz ended her employment on May 18. The town will be advertising. We hope to have this filled by July.
7. MAAO Spring Summer Conference:
Rose will be attending conference June 19-22.
8. Cyclical Inspections:
Scott has been working primarily in the neighborhoods off Shrewsbury St. Meeting adjourned 8:50am. Next meeting to be determined.
