Members Present: Rosemary Scully, James Dillon and Robert Fitzgerald
Acceptance of Minutes:
Motion made by Bob and seconded by Jim Dillon. It was voted to approve the minutes from May 8, 2017
Fy18 Interim year Status:
Vision: Mike Tarello here June 13th and July 12th working on res/com values.
Will return end of August to complete
RRC: field work was completed in May and June.
3. Office Staffing:
Kim Koontz began work May 25th as part time Assessor Clerk, 25 hours/wk
Scott Bell: will work three 4 hour days at least through the fall.
4. Preliminary Real Estate Taxes:
Completed the tax file for the Preliminary Real Estate and Personal Property
Real Estate: 8490
Personal Property: 364
Total: 8854
The Collector’s mailed them the last day of June.
5. Miscellaneous:
Rose attended the MAAO Summer Conference on June 20th through 23rd
6. Next Meeting Date:
Date in September, to be determined
