Members Present: Rosemary Scully, James Dillon and Robert Fitzgerald
Acceptance of Minutes:
Motion made by Bob and seconded by Jim Dillon. It was voted
to approve the minutes from March 27, 2017.
1.Verizon ATB agreement:
Signed final agreement packet to finalize and resolve ATB cases
From Fiscal Year 2010 and Fiscal Year 2011.
2. Cyclical Inspections:
Scott Bell: working in the Jefferson area of Main Street, Causeway Street, Manning, Quinapoxet Street and River.
3. Income and Expense forms:
Final Notice did go out on April 21th. Firm book through Post Office.
Deadline for return is ten (10) days.
Fines will be applied to the Actual Tax bills for fy2018
4. Miscellaneous:
Preliminary tax billing: will be working on the tax billing at the end of month.
UMass Memorial Realty, Inc. Kendall Road, vacant land, approved exempt status
5. Part time Office Position:
Assessor Clerk, 25 hour position. Interviews complete, made offer, to start May 25th.
