Acceptance of Minutes:
Approve the minutes from February 27, 2017.
1.Real Estate Abatements Applications:
The Board of Assessors reviewed real estate abatement applications. This month five residential and one commercial property abatement were reviewed and acted on. Certificates and letters will be mailed out after April 1st.
2.Supplemental Real Estate Tax:
Forty-five bills will be issued by the Collector’s office on March 28th.
Supplemental Real Estate bills will be due by April 27th.
3. Miscellaneous:
Personal Property Forms of List: due March 1, 2017
Income and Expense: mailed February 13th, due within sixty days.
4.Assessor Clerk Position: twenty five hours/week
Position advertised in Holden Landmark. Applications accepted until March 31st
Data Collector, Scott Bell returning to work on cyclicals mid-April
5.Next Meeting Date:
Next meeting of the Board of Assessors to be determined.
