Acceptance of Minutes:
Approve the minutes from January 30, 2017.
1. Real Estate Abatements Applications:
The Board of Assessors reviewed real estate and personal property abatement applications. This month seven residential and two personal property abatements were reviewed and acted on. The remainder of the applications will be reviewed at the next meeting. Appointments will be scheduled prior to the meeting for review and inspection of the properties.
2. Motor Vehicle Excise:
The first Commitment of the calendar year 2017 was sent out on February 7th.
Totals: 2017 bills, 16,736 2016 bills 382
3. Miscellaneous:
Personal Property Forms of List: due March 1, 2017
Income and Expense: mailed February 13th, due within sixty days.
6. Next Meeting Date:
The Board of Assessors plans to meet on March 27, 2017 at 8am.
