MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS

June 20, 2016

Members Present:  Rosemary Scully, James Dillon and Robert Fitzgerald

Acceptance of Minutes:

Motion made by Bob and seconded by Jim Dillon.  It was voted

to approve the minutes from May 16, 2016.

1. Recertification Status:

Vision: Mike Tarello here June 2nd working on residential values                         

Will return on June 28th to work on commercial, residential and land values

RRC: field work was completed in May and June.

3.   Cyclical Inspections:

Pauline Dillon has left working as a part time data collector

Scott Bell: will work three 4 hour days at least through the fall.

4.  Preliminary Real Estate Taxes:

Completed the tax file for the Preliminary Real Estate and Personal Property

Real Estate:   8423

Personal Property:  357

Total:  8780

The Collector’s will be mailing them the last day of June.

5. Miscellaneous:

Rose will attend the MAAO Summer Conference on June 21st and 22nd

6.   Next Meeting Date:

The Board of Assessors plans to meet September 12th at 8 am.
