Acceptance of Minutes:
Approve the minutes from January 25, 2016.
1. Real Estate Abatements Applications:
The Board of Assessors reviewed real estate and personal property abatement applications. This month six residential and one commercial and one personal property abatement were reviewed and acted on. The remainder of the applications will be reviewed at the next meeting. Appointments will be scheduled prior to the meeting for review and inspection of the properties.
2. Motor Vehicle Excise:
The first Commitment of the calendar year 2016 was sent out on February 9.
Totals: 2016 bills, 16,551 2015 bills 277 2015 bills 150
3. Miscellaneous:
Personal Property Forms of List: due March 1, 2016
Income and Expense: mailed February 8, due within sixty days.
State land acquisition for fy2017: reviewed segmentation for lots, approved
4. Next Meeting Date:
The Board of Assessors plans to meet on March 28, 2016 at 8am.
