1. Acceptance of Minutes from September 14, 2015.
2. Status of Fiscal Year 2016:
Submitted LA 4 and LA13 (new growth) on September 11, 2015
Approved on September 14, 2015
Meeting scheduled with Andrew Nelson, Bureau of Local Accounts
On October 27, 2015. Review material for Recap with Lori Rose,
Town Accountant.
Classification Hearing: Selectman’s Meeting, November 2, 2015
Board voted to recommend single tax rate for Fiscal Year 2016
3. Old/New Business
Rosemary Scully to attend the MAAO Fall Conference in Sturbridge on October 28
Chapter Land Applications and Renewals: Due were by October 1, 2015 or fy2017
New Application: 250 Fisher Road, Chapter 61B, approved.
Drawbridge property was released from Chapter 61, Roll back tax prepared
Worcester Fox and Coon Club: filed required paperwork for fy2016. Tax owed for Fy 2015, had not filed.
Exemption Forms: Were mailed out mid-October to property owners currently on the mailing list. These include Elderly exemption, Surviving Spouse, Blind, and Veteran Exemptions. We will provide information for the Senior Center Newsletter.
Mountview Middle School: Tour was held on October 17th for employees, and board/committee members. Interior construction is progressing. Target date of April vacation to move from existing school to the new building.
