1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the September 17, 2018 meeting.
2. Fiscal Year 2019:
LA4 and LA13 were submitted on Gateway September 14th and approved on September 28th.
Recap: Lori Rose and Rosemary Scully will be meeting with Amy Handfield,
from the Bureau of Local Accounts, to review the forms and documents
necessary to have the tax rate approved.
Classification Hearing: has been advertised in The Landmark, October 25th. Will be held at the Town Hall on November 5, 2018 at 7pm.
Board voted to recommend single tax rate for all classes of property.
3. Chapter Land:
Three new applications were received: chapter 61B(1) 61A(2).
Rose will make appointments to review with the property owners.
4. Vision 8 update:
Vision software scheduled to be updated in March of 2019.
IT department working on updating server requirements to accommodate.
5. Training:
Amy and Rose attended the WCAA meeting on October 10th, topic was Trusts.
Rose attended the MAAO fall conference on October 25th in Sturbridge.
6. Motor Vehicle:
661 bills sent out on October 9th. Expect one more commitment in December.
Meeting adjourned 9:40am. Next meeting to be determined.
