MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS
September 17, 2018

Members Present: Rosemary Scully, James Dillon
1. Acceptance of Minutes: approve the minutes of the July 30, 2018 meeting.
2. Fiscal Year 2019 Values:
Mike Tarello from Vision was here on September 11th to complete changes to Fy19 values. RRC has completed work for the Fy19 Personal Property values.
LA3 was submitted to DOR on Gateway. Approval of LA3 was made.
LA4 and LA13 were submitted on Gateway September 14th.
3. Supplemental Real Estate Tax:
Fy 18-2: 16 total Supplemental Real Estate tax to be issued September 18th and due on October 18, 2018. Total tax is $12,374.30.
4. Cyclical Inspections:
Scott has continued working primarily in the neighborhoods of Fox Hill and Sycamore Drive. Cody has been in the Putnam Road and Lane areas and Homestead Road neighborhood.
5. Training:
Amy will attend the MAAO Clerks Meeting in Chelmsford on September 18th.
Rose will be attending “What’s New in Municipal Law” on September 27th
The Vision user group will be October 4-5. Rose will attend.
