M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:00 PM

SEPTIC SYSTEMS:

• CHAPIN ROAD / LOT 13:  New Construction, Stephen Sears, Ross Associates, represented the plans for Donna Hagglund.  Property owned by Jason and Kerri Berry.  Plans dated 10/26/12.

M. Johnson motioned to approve.  M. Ricker seconded.  All in favor.  APPROVED.

• 1680 WACHUSETT ST (Map 31 / Lot 42):  Christopher Knuth, Geo Services, for Ralph Pezzella.  Plans dated 7/23/13.

M. Johnson motioned to approve.  M. Ricker seconded.  All in favor.  APPROVED.
