MEMBERS PRESENT: Mark Johnson, Mary Ricker, Bruce Pennino
OTHERS PRESENT: Andrea Crete, Board of Health Agent
M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:00 PM
SEPTIC SYSTEMS:
488 Wachusett St: Greenhill Engineering represented by Mark Farrell for Claire & John Hanebury.
Conditions:
- Eliminate the ZBA comments.
- Perc & 2 deep holes in new location in SAS.
- Show abutters.
Approval pending the above conditions and soil / perc tests.

OTHER BUSINESS:
- Regionalization Update by S. Peters.
- Goals and objectives for CMRPHA were distributed to the Board for review.
- In the process of collecting data.
- Working on a strategic plan
- CHIP
- Asking Board of Health members from each community to help develop the strategic plan. D. Brindisi will discuss at another meeting in more detail.

- Tobacco Regulations: A. Crete will resend the Tobacco Regulations to the Board for review, and will be put on the agenda for the next meeting.
- Animal Inspector: Seth Peters discussed the roles of Animal Control Officers and Animal Inspectors. They will be in contact with vet agencies for transport / decapitation. S. Peters will come out quarterly to meet with the Board. He distributed a MAVEN report for January 1, 2013 to June 25, 2013.

- Lyme Disease: Discussion
- Online Disease Reporting Program: Discussion of an online for physicians to report to.
The Board would like quarterly MAVEN updates on agenda.
- Bobcat Issues: Mike Votruba and Justine Lapierre, 441 Causeway St., are in attendance to discuss the bobcat issue due to a lack of concerned response. M. Votruba addressed the Board. The Board wants an advisory to be put on the town website for residents regarding precautions.

AGENTS REPORT: None
Next Meeting: To be determined. Derek Brindisi will attend the next meeting to discuss the budget and Holden’s status and contract renewal. The Board wants to know about the finances and if the town is saving money.
M. Johnson motioned to adjourn the Board of Health meeting. B. Pennino seconded. All in favor.
