Meeting Minutes

May 13, 2014

MEMBERS PRESENT:         Mark Johnson, Chairman, Mary Ricker, Bruce Pennino

OTHERS PRESENT:             Kerry Clark, RPHPC

                                             Andrea Crete, Board of Health Agent

                                             Deb Sciascia, Recording Secretary

M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

SEPTIC REVIEW(S):

Mixter Road / Lot 2:  Sean Xenos.  Julie Vanarsdalen reviewed the plans and submitted her notes to the Board with her recommendations.

M. Johnson motioned to approve with clarification if filters are required from the tank to the outlet.  B. Pennino seconded.  All in favor.  APPROVED.

Note:  Documents presented during review can be viewed at the Board of Health Office.

340 Malden St:  P. Harding reported that Con Com did not have a quorum at their meeting to review this, therefore it was tabled to the next meeting.

OTHER BUSINESS:

• Tropic Sun Tanning:  They owe 5 years of back taxes.  The owner met with Jacquie Kelly and Peter Lukes today.  They agreed not to issue a ‘Cease and Desist Order’ by the Board of Health.

M. Johnson motioned to adjourn the Board of Health meeting.  M. Ricker seconded.  All in favor.
