MEMBERS PRESENT:          Mark Johnson, Mary Ricker, Bruce Pennino

 

OTHERS PRESENT:               Andrea Crete, Board of Health Agent

                                                   Deb Sciascia, Recording Secretary

 

M. Johnson called the Board of Health Meeting to order at 5:00 PM

 

SEPTIC SYSTEMS:

488 Wachusett StGreenhill Engineering represented by Mark Farrell for Hanebury.  Cohen Bill offset applies.  This residence was originally assessed as a 3 bedroom home, and is now a 2 bedroom residence.  They will need the town to reassess the number of bedrooms as 2.  Otherwise full compliance is required and they can proceed as a local upgrade approval for 3 bedrooms.

 

The Board agreed to table the plans for more information.

MEETING MINUTES:

  • March 12, 2013:  M. Johnson motioned to approve with changes.  B. Pennino seconded.  All in favor, APPROVED.

AGENTS REPORT:  A. Crete distributed a list of food, Title 5, and other inspections that have been performed in Holden.

OTHER BUSINESS:

 

  • Steve Ward, Public Health Division, addressed the Board.  The 2015 Goal of the region is to be accredited.  He discussed tiers of public health, and environmental health.

M. Johnson motioned to adjourn the Board of Health meeting.  B. Pennino seconded.  All in favor.
