HOLDEN BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 27, 2015

 

 

6:15PM                                                                                               Memorial Hall

 

Present:  Chairman Anthony Renzoni, Robert Lavigne, Mark Ferguson, Jeremy Kurtz

 

Members Absent:  Kenneth O’Brien

 

Others Present:  Jacquelyn Kelly, Town Manager

   Liz Fotos, Recording Secretary

 

 

The Board of Selectmen spoke to Chelsea Taylor regarding her interest in the Cultural Council.  Ms. Taylor told the Board that she had moved to the area about a year ago and wanted to become active in the community.

 

Motion by Sel. Lavigne, seconded by Sel. Kurtz it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPOINT CHELSEA TAYLOR TO THE CULTURAL COUNCIL FOR A THREE YEAR TERM TO EXPIRE APRIL 27, 2018. (4-0-0)

 

The Board adjourned to the regularly scheduled board meeting.
