HOLDEN BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 3, 2015

 

 

6:15PM                                                                                               Senior Center

 

Present:  Chairman Jeremy Kurtz, Anthony Renzoni, Tim Ethier, Kenneth O’Brien (6:20)

 

Not Present: Robert Lavigne

 

Others Present:            Jacquelyn Kelly, Town Manager

              Liz Fotos, Recording Secretary

 

 

The Board of Selectmen spoke to Simon Gregory regarding his interest in the Cultural Council.     

 

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Ethier, it was VOTED BY A 3-0-2 VOTE TO APPROVE SIMON GREGORY FOR A TWO YEAR TERM TO THE CULTURAL COUNCIL.  (Ethier: yes; Kurtz: yes; Renzoni: yes).

 

The Board of Selectmen spoke to Ronald Spakauskas regarding his interest in the ZBA.

 

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Ethier, it was VOTED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-1 TO APPROVE RONALD SPAKAUSKAS TO A THREE YEAR TERM TO THE ZBA. (Ethier: yes; Kurtz: yes; Renzoni: yes; O’Brien: yes; Lavigne: not present). 

 

The Board of Selectmen spoke to James Deignan regarding his interest in the ZBA.          

 

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Ethier, it was VOTED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-1 TO APPORVE JAMES DEIGNAN TO A THREE YEAR TERM TO THE ZBA.  (Ethier: yes; Kurtz: yes; Renzoni: yes; O’Brien: yes; Lavigne: not present). 

 

The Board adjourned to the regularly scheduled board meeting.
