Present:  Chairman Robert Lavigne, Anthony Renzoni, Mark Ferguson, Kenneth Lipka, Jeremy Kurtz

Others Present:        Jacquie Kelly, Town Manager

                                    Elizabeth Helder, Recording Secretary

Chairman Lavigne opened the meeting at 6:15PM.

1. Appointments

The Board interviewed Susan Kowalczyk and Michelle Leveillee to the Historic District Commission to three year terms. The Town Manager informed the Board that Lance Lazar, Chairman of the Historic District Commission was up for reappointment but unable to make the meeting.

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Lipka, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPOINT MR. LANCE LAZAR, SUSAN KOWALCZYK, AND MICHELLE LEVEILLEE TO THREE YEAR TERMS ON THE HOLDEN HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION.

2. Recess to Regular Meeting

The Board recessed to the regular meeting at 6:29PM.
