Ronald & Judith Newton Case No SP 1505
The Zoning Administrator held a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Memorial Hall, 1196 Main Street, Holden, MA on the Application of Ronald & Judith Newton for property located at 249 Shrewsbury Street for a Special Permit for an addition to a non-conforming structure.
Pamela Harding, Zoning Administrator, called the hearing to order at 9:00 a.m.
Mr. Scott Sundin, representing the applicant, explained that his company has been hired by the applicants to build an addition to their existing home. They would like to remove a two-car detached garage and replace it with a two-car attached garage with a master suite off the rear of the property.
Since there were no further comments or questions, the public hearing was closed at 9:15 a.m.
P. Harding said that after reviewing this application, she granted the special permit with the following condition: 1) An as-built for the addition must be submitted for the file.
