                                                Resource Profile Fiscal Year 2020

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M.

Town Manager Peter Lukes presented the F/Y 2020 Resource Profile: the F/Y 2020 Town Budget listed Highlights: Safer Grant, Capital Asset Study, OPEB, Stabilization Funds, Revenue, Expenditures (Education, Municipal Budget, Transfers to town funds and Debt Exclusion), Tax Levy, Free Cash, Reserves, Tax Rate, Other Funds and Capital Improvement Program. Peter's conclusion that the Budget as presented supports municipal and education services, solid reserves, Public Safety, capital improvements, however there is increased reliance on free cash and concerns as to the sustainability of the town and eucation budgets if the rising cost continues. Peter then answered questions.
