Annual Town Meeting
Members Present: Dave White, Al Berg, Joe Dolak, John Lambert, Karl Makela, Chris Lucchesi. Don Graves, Marilynn Foley
Member Absent: Paul Challenger
The meeting was called to order at 6:10 P.M.
A motion by Al 2nd by Karl to transfer and appropiate $562.25 from the IIF funds for the purposes of 18 Industrial Drive project was voted unanimously.
A motion by John 2nd by Marilynn to approve the Accounting Budget of $196,887.00 was voted unanimously.
A motion by John 2nd by Joe to vote the Fire Stabilization Account transfers, Article 11, was voted unanimously
A motion by Al 2nd by Marilynn to pass over and take no action on Article the WRHS replacement field turf was voted unanimously.
A motion by Karl 2nd by Joe to take no action on Article 28 (Mayo School) was voted unanimously.
A motion by Don 2nd by Karl to approve the minutes of April 11, 2018 was voted unanimously.
A motion by Joe 2nd by Al to approve the minutes of April 18, 2018 was voted unanimously.
A motin by Al 2nd by Marilynn to approve the minutes of April 23, 2018 was voted unanimously (abstained Karl, Joe, John, Don).
A motion by Al 2nd by Joe at 6:41 to recess to attend the Annual Town Meeting was voted unanimously.
The Annual Town Meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
