How to Use the Tax Impact Calculator

Visit: https://gis.vgsi.com/holdenma/ and select Enter Online Database.

Enter your address and click on your property.

Find your Total Assessed Value at the top left of the page.

Enter this amount (no commas or dollar signs) into the Assessed Value field of the Tax Impact Calculator.

Select Calculate.

Note: The calculator provides an estimate of the tax impact for the proposed override and does not include the allowed levy increase of 2.5%.   Actual amounts may vary based on final valuations and state certification.
