2. Vote(s) to Enter Executive Session:
Pursuant to MGL 164 Section 47D, with respect to a potential power supply and capacity opportunity, when necessary for protecting trade secrets, confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of proceedings that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling, or distributing electric power and energy pursuant to said Chapter 164; and
Purpose No. 10 in Section 21 of MGL c. 30A, to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively-sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to section 136 of said chapter 164, (the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company) when such cooperative determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling or distributing electric power and energy.
