 M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21A To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining or litigating position, and the Chair so declares.

3.         6:15 p.m.         Return to Open Session – Adjourn to Regular Meeting
