HOLDEN BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MEETING MINUTES

PRE-MEETING

July 17, 2017

6:00PM                                                                                                           Senior Center

Present: Chairman Robert Lavigne, Geri Herlihy, Tim Ethier, Anthony Renzoni

Not Present:                Jeremy Kurtz.

Others Present:            Peter Lukes, Town Manager

                                    Liz Fotos, Town Recorder

Chairman Lavigne called the meeting to order at 6:34PM.  The Board stood to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Board spoke to Christopher Hugo with regards to his interest in joining the Agricultural Commission. 

Mr. Hugo stated that he was the President of the Friends of Red Barn, he ran a compost pile for over 47 years and he also was a drone pilot. 

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Ethier, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPOINT CHRISTOPHER HUGO TO THE AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION FOR A THREE YEAR TERM TO EXPIRE OF JULY 17, 2020.

Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Ethier, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO REAPPOINT MARY COPELAND TO THE CULTURAL COUNCIL FOR A THREE YEAR TERM TO EXPIRE ON JUNE 30, 2020.

The Board thanked Mr. Hugo and Ms. Copeland for volunteering their time.

Chairman Lavigne adjourned the meeting until the regularly scheduled Board Meeting at 6:30PM.
