Mission Statement: To educate and empower people of all ages and diverse backgrounds by creating a central place of wellness where anyone or everyone has an opporutnity to develop or enhance their awareness of the nutritional value of local organic food, the importance of environmental stewardship, and reconnecting with nature all while recapturing a sense of community.

September 8, 2015 minutes voted on and approved

• Committee members are interested in site viewing & potential tree marking with Town personnel
• Potential additional space for starting vegetable gardens at Davis Hill
• Heifer Project agreed on loaning goats for assistance in poison ivy removal. Committee would be responsible for fencing
• Poison ivy updates, committee agreed on mechanical means may be best option due to extent of poison ivy
