Vision Statement: To educate and empower people of all ages and diverse backgrounds by creating a central place of wellness where anyone or everyone has an opportunity to develop or enhance their awareness of the nutritional value of local organic food, the importance of environmental stewardship, and reconnecting with nature all while recapturing a sense of community.

August 11, 2015 minutes voted on and approved
- Welcomed three Holden residents who are interested in being involved. Jessica Cosenza, Seth Ireland and Joanne O'Brien
- Discussed the success of Holden Days
- Ballots reviewed and tallied
- Committee agreed to continue collecting data from community & Facebook ballots until week of October 27, 2015
- Discussed what course of action can be taken to remove problematic poison ivy. Cutting of trees, goats, other options
- Agreed to maintain current meeting schedule of Tuesday, 7:15 p.m. on 2nd and 4th of every month
