The Town of Holden, Massachusetts invites sealed proposals from Contractors for the building demolition of 156-168 Princeton Street, Holden, Massachusetts. The work includes but is not limited to the complete demolition including asbestos, back fill, and finish grading.

Base Bid – Base Bid shall include abatement, demolition, back fill, and finish grading of the house and shed at 168 Princeton Street, Holden, MA. Alternate #1 shall include abatement, demolition, and finish grading of the barn at 156 Princeton Street, Holden, MA.

The estimated cost of the project including the alternate, the estimated cost is $150,000.00.

Plans, specifications, and other Contract Documents may be obtained Wednesday, June 8, 2022, 11:00 AM, online at https://www.holdenma.gov/bids. The plans and specifications are listed under “156-168 Princeton Street Building Demolition”.
