NOTICE OF BID

The Town of Holden will receive the following bid until Friday, September 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the office of the Town Manager, 1204 Main Street, Holden, Massachusetts at which time bids will be opened and read:
  • Landfill Cap Repair

The specifications for the bid may be obtained from the Town of Holden’s electronic bid system, found at https://www.holdenma.gov/bids. Register using the form found at the link for this project, as this will ensure you automatically receive any associated addendums. Once completed, you will then be able to view the Bid.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “BID ENCLOSED – LANDFILL CAP REPAIR”. Minimum wage rates are established for the project as set forth in the bid documents.  A certified check made payable to the Town of Holden or a bid bond for 5% of total bid price must be submitted as bid security. A fifty-percent (50%) Payment Bond is required upon entering a contract with the Town.

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the bidding procedures, or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Holden.
