Water Distribution Remote Site SCADA Upgrades-Phase 1

The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems at four of the water stations were upgraded with new panels and programs this year.  This is year two of a four year project which will update the panels at thirteen of the water stations in Town. The existing panels contained hardware that was no longer supported or replaceable.  This project will ensure our water system is functioning properly and protected from cyber threats into the future.  Design is currently underway for the second round of sites and installation of those sites is scheduled to occur in the winter of 2020-2021.
