• Welcome Aldrich Relief Fund/CoA update from Faye Ellis. See attached report #1 and report #2.
September 10, 2017 through February, 2018: 18 applications were funded.

    Direct help to applicants: $7,616.
    Donations deposited: $14,862.

• Treasurer’s Report from Jim Robinson (in absentia). See attached report.
As of February 28, 2018, the total Funds balance is $67,439.
Previous 8 months: Disbursements: $9,228. Donations received: $17,118.
Discussion followed about how to increase disbursements. Grants could be made to families
at Mountview School who need help, for example paying for school lunches. We will follow
up by meeting with outreach workers Cindy Smith and Paula Early (Faye to set up) and then
with Wachusett Regional School District representatives (Joe to set up). If possible, make
meetings consecutive. We also plan to attend the next Holden clergy meeting on
Wednesday, April 11.

• Reference book update from Susie Marsh. The pdf of the 3rd edition book is on the Town
website under Government > Help@Home > Booklet. Per Cindy Smith, the booklet itself has
been distributed to all municipal buildings and to all Town churches. It is given out at every
home visit. Cindy is keeping a log of any changes for the next edition.

• Clergy Outreach update from Marty Holman. Based on his work with Hearts for Heat, Marty
recommends that we create a stronger website presence, including posting our application
form online. He will discuss this with some WPI students who might help with the web
design. Brian will speak with Steve Gross, who provides IT support for the Town.

• The next regualr H@H meeting will be Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 4 pm at the Holden
Senior Center.

• Meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
