Brian opened the meeting(outside under the Holden Bandstand ) in the rain.

Secretary report accepted.

Treasurer gave us copies of summary sheets dated 6-30-19 and 6-30-2020.  Shows that most money goes to either heating or electric.  We have $49,001.71 at this time.

Susan talked about the new Help@Home booklet she is starting.  We have about 300 books at this time, so more will be needed by spring.  She has found two people to help her, as she needs to make sure all the email addresses and telephone numbers are the same as the previous book.  Before going to print in spring Paula and Dale will make a final inspection.

Questions were asked about the Nov. letter to be sent out.  We already sent a letter in April and questions were asked if we need another one.  April letter (asking for donations for H@H)

were sent out  due to the virus    We have$49,000  now and do we need more.  From all reports the virus seems to be getting worse, so we will send out the letter.  Joe made the motion and it was approved by all.
