There were only 106 slots available for the general registration. All slots are currently full for every week after general registration with 10-30 kids on waitlists.

Denise added that there are still openings in some programs. Denise also added that it might be worth exploring a charge for CIT classes for next year.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Denise discussed that there were some problems with some of the fields this year so they were released piece mail. Some of the fields were released on Saturday, April 25. Davis Hill baseball and Davis Hill #3 were not released because of extremely wet conditions. Davis Hill baseball was released April 30 and Davis Hill #3 released on May 4. Denise added that the DPW did some work on the fields and they are all released and look very good.

Denise had the basketball courts and tennis courts at Dawson Rec. painted and sealcoated during the past 2 weeks and they look great. It is recommended that this be done every 4-5 years to protect and extend the life of the courts. Vermont Tennis was the low bidder at $16,180.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
