ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

FEBRUARY 19, 2015

FISHER TERRACE PHASE II                                                                      CASE NO. 40B0105A

The Zoning Board of Appeals held a continued public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Memorial Hall in the Town Hall on the Application of Fisher Terrace, LLC for property located on the easterly side of Fisher Road Assessing Map 243 Parcel 17.  The applicant has submitted an amendment to an existing Comprehensive Permit under Chapter 40B, for an affordable housing development referred to as Fisher Terrace.  Fisher Terrace, Phase II is proposing an additional 12 condominium units on 4.3 acres for a project total of 44 units on 14.3 acres.

Members in attendance:  R. Spakauskas, Silvio Annunziata, R. Fraser, J. Deignan and R. Butler.

Pamela Harding, Senior Planner/Conservation Agent read into the record an email she received today from the applicant requesting another continuance.  She informed the Board that no site eligibility letter from Mass. Housing has been received and, therefore, this makes it an incomplete application.

Since there were no further comments or questions, the public hearing was closed at 7:15 p.m.

R. Fraser made a motion to deny this application due to the fact that it was filed in May 2014 and is still not a complete application.  The Applicant failed to provide a site eligibility letter from Mass. Housing in accordance with CMR 760.56(4).  R. Butler seconded.  Vote 5-0, motion approved.
