Telephone Reassurance

In conjunction with the Holden Police Department, we offer a personalized telephone reassurance program whereby a senior gets a phone call each day at a time of the elder’s choosing.  When they pick up their phone they will hear an HPD Dispatcher asking them if they are okay.  If the person does not answer, another phone call to them will be placed a short time later.  If they don’t answer a second time, emergency personnel are dispatched for a wellness check and next of kin are notified.  For further information or to sign up for the program, please call the Senior Center and ask to speak to an Outreach Worker.

If you'd like to sign up to participate in this program, please call the senior center at (508) 210-0270 and speak to an Outreach Worker or the Director.
